If you have ever wondered about what your life could look like without alcohol, you’re in the right place, and I’m so glad you found me. My name is Andrea Bell, and I’m a Certified Life Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Gray Area Drinking Coach.

I’ve met many women who are concerned about how drinking impacts their lives, but don’t identify as being addicted. There’s a term for this in-between place: “Gray Area Drinkers,” and it is quite common. So you’re not alone! And just because you have concerns doesn’t mean you’re going to be stuck in the same place forever. Whether you want to ditch the wine for good or simply take a break, I’m here to help you return to the joy of living on your sober curious journey.

Gray Area Drinking 101

So, what is “Gray Area Drinking” anyway? I’m so happy you asked! Like most things in life, struggling with alcohol does not have to be black and white. In this space, you might feel as though drinking is holding you back from your goals, but you’re not a rock-bottom alcoholic either. Take a minute and see if any of these ring true for you.

If you identify with one or more of these struggles, you may be a gray drinker. But don’t worry. With a personalized holistic approach, you can bring fun and vibrancy back into your life by regaining control.
